July Goals 2020

July Goals 2020:

July, where summer truly begin for kids
Where people show off their summer bodies
For their online social media’s
To see if they meet the internet’s criteria

The month where I work to get my dream body
A less sloppy body
But a more defined and toned body
A body that will gain me ooohs and Awwws from the ladies
I look to get down to 280

I believe I can do it
Just put the left foot in front of the right foot when I walk around the track
Put the deserts back in the cabinet
That lifestyle will only take us back to the big four hundred
We did too much to now plunder

For old snacks and sweets that we ate as a kid while sitting in the heat
We have to stay on beat
If this goal is going to get completed
Oh I felt defeated
Last week when I didn’t write that story that I been longing to

I have been writing stories since I was a cub
Why is it so hard to do now?
I just fell in love with creating these stanzas

Stanzas filled with metaphors, similes and my deep dark feelings
Each poem is another peeling
From this unique soul
That connects me to every soul that is reading this piece
It’s been my hobby and therapy

But I must create a story because I love showing off my versatility
Every artist say they don’t care for sales
But I do want sales
Not for the money but the viewership
I love knowing someone viewed my poetry and story

Lastly, I want a thousand views on my blog for the month
It feels like just yesterday when I could barely get 20 views in a week
If there’s one thing you’ll learn from this blog

Is to always keep going
Even when the work and outcome is not a match
Focus on the craft
The views and money will come last

July Goals 2020:

  1. Get to 280
  2. Write a Story
  3. Get A sale on my book, The Story Of Charles Levi
  4. Get a sale on my Single, Hotel
  5. Reach 1,000 views
